Man injured after two-car collision closes Forth Road Bridge
The southbound carriageway was shut after the incident on Wednesday afternoon.
A man has been injured in a two-car collision on the Forth Road Bridge, which partially closed the crossing.
The incident happened on the southbound carriageway of the bridge at around 2.55pm on Wednesday.
A Scottish Ambulance Service spokesman said they were en route to reports of an injured man.
The bridge was fully reopened around an hour later.
A police spokesman added: "We have been contacted by the ambulance service of a two-car road traffic collision.
"Amey have been advised. The Forth Road Bridge has been closed southbound."
