The chance for the public to have a say on changing flight paths at Edinburgh Airport is to come to an end on Monday.

The consultation started in June after a trial route was cut short following public complaints about the noise.

The consultation, which closes at midnight, was extended earlier this month after almost 200 responses were lost from the website during an upgrade.

Airport officials urged those who had submitted comments online between Monday August 29 and Friday September 2 to resubmit them.

The responses are to be used to design the new flight plans with the second stage of the process due to begin in December.
