A man who died in a two-car crash at a roundabout in West Lothian has been named by police.

Glenn McDonald was pronounced dead at the scene after the incident at Boghead roundabout on the edge of Bathgate on Sunday at 5pm.

The 69-year-old, from Poulton-le-fylde in Lancashire, had had been driving an Audi A4 when it collided with a Ford Fiesta.

The man and woman in the other car were treated for minor injuries.

​Inspector Richard Latto, of Lothians and Scottish Borders road policing unit, said: "This is a very difficult time for Glenn's family and friends and our condolences are with time.

​"Enquiries into the full circumstances surrounding this collision are still ongoing and I would urge anyone with information to contact us as soon as possible."
