Tributes paid to model and student found dead in her Dundee flat
Tayside Police said the death of the mental health student was being treated as 'unexplained'.
Tributes have been paid after a mental health nursing student who competed in a top modelling competition was found dead in her flat.
Caoimhe Gault, who was studying at Abertay University, was found on Friday last week at her home in Dundee.
The 25-year-old, originally from Enniskillen in Northern Ireland, was due to start a new job at a hospital in London in the next few weeks.
She previously took part in the Top Model UK competition and had worked with a number of local photographers.
Family members travelled to Dundee to identify Miss Gault who was described as "chatty, bouncy and friendly".
Police are treating the death as "unexplained".
Distraught mother Tara Gault, 47, broke the news on Twitter that the "soul of her life" had died.
An Abertay University spokesman said: "The university is very sorry to hear of this tragic death, and our thoughts are with Caoimhe's friends and family at this difficult time."
