Scots veterinary students have thrown caution to the wind in a nude farm-themed video to raise money for charity.

With nothing but livestock and a few well-placed crops to protect their modesty, the sheepish students from the University of Glasgow were filmed trudging across fields, posing with tractors and romping around laboratories.

One scene even shows the academics enjoying a high-spirited milk fight in a cow shed.

The video was posted on YouTube on Wednesday by film-maker Yirui Heng, to promote the students' 2017 naked calendar.

Both the calendar and the film make use of university facilities as a backdrop as the group braved the west coast weather to complete the shoot.

Sales from the calendar will be donated to animal charities The Trusty Paws Clinic and Students for Animals In Need (SAIN) - causes that well behoove the troupe of animal lovers.

The 2017 calendars cost £10 each and are available by emailing guvscalendar2016@gmail.com.
