Teenage boy in hospital after being knocked down by car
The 13-year-old was taken to St John's in Livingston after incident in Broxburn.
A 13-year-old boy has been taken to hospital after being knocked down by a car.
The incident took place on West Main Street in Broxburn, West Lothian, at around 4.30pm on Monday.
The boy was struck by a blue Ford Focus near the junction with New Holygate.
He was taken to St John's Hospital in Livingston but his injuries are not thought to be serious.
West Main Street was blocked to traffic and motorists were advised to avoid the area.
