Boy, 12, charged after eggs thrown at Catholic priest

A 12-year-old boy has been charged after a priest and churchgoers were subjected to sectarian abuse as they made their way to Mass.
A gang of youths threw eggs and shouted anti-Catholic abuse at the priest and parishioners at St John & St Columba Church in Rosyth, Fife on January 17.
A 12-year-old boy has now been charged in connection to the incident and a report will be sent to the Children's Reporter.
Police are still investigating and are asking for anyone with information to get in touch.
