Thousands of people have marched through Edinburgh during the city's annual pride parade.

The march on Saturday marked the 22nd year of LGBTI events in the capital, which have previously drawn crowds of more than 10,000.

This year's Pride was dedicated to supporters Hannah Dorans, Cheyne Halliday and Jason Telford.

The march began outside the Scottish Parliament at noon and ended at Teviot House at around 1pm.

The Scottish Parliament reversed its decision not to fly a rainbow flag to mark the event earlier this week.

Organisations including YWCA Scotland lobbied the parliament to "show solidarity" with the marchers.
