Woman dies after car crashes into her mobility scooter

A 75-year-old woman has died after a car crashed into her mobility scooter as she rode it down a street.
Margaret Lambie was hit by the Vauxhall Astra on Greenside Street in Alloa, Clackmannanshire, at around 3.10pm on Friday.
Ms Lambie, from Alloa, was taken to Forth Valley Royal Hospital in Larbert where she died on Sunday.
Police asked for anyone with information to come forward.
Sergeant Ruth Aitchison said: "Our thoughts are with Ms Lambie's family and friends at this very difficult time and as part of our ongoing investigation, we continue to offer them all the necessary support they may require.
"I would urge anyone who may have witnessed this collision, or has information which can help and has not yet spoken to officers, to get in touch with us."
