Armed police and dogs called out to man 'wielding knife'

Dozens of police were alerted to the incident on Mallard Road in Buckhaven, Fife.
A 26-year-old man was arrested after allegedly acting in a threatening manner with a knife.
A Police Scotland spokesman said: "Police in Fife responded to an address in Mallard Road at around 8.45pm on Thursday following reports of a male in possession of a weapon.
"A 26-year-old man was subsequently charged in connection with this incident and will appear at Kirkcaldy Sheriff Court on Friday."
