Three people have been injured after a car smashed through a fence and ended up in a garden.

The crash happened on Union Street near Centre Street in Kelty, Fife, at 8.45am on Wednesday.

A red Seat collided with a blue Vauxhall Corsa before ending up in a garden.

Three people have been injured in the collision.

A Scottish Ambulance Service spokeswoman said: "We dispatched two ambulances to the scene.

"Three patients were transported to Kirckcaldy Victoria Hospital."

A Police Scotland spokeswoman added: "Their injuries are not thought to be life-threatening."
