Madness will transform Falkirk Stadium into a House of Fun this summer.

The band say they are "excited to be heading back to Scotland" for the show on August 4.

It has been organised as part of Rock the Stadium, an annual programme summer events in the town.

Ahead of the show, the band said: "We're excited to be heading back to Scotland to perform outdoors.

"Our Scottish fans always give us such a warm welcome and we'll offer them a great night when we come to Falkirk."

Les Kidger, director of organiser LCC Live, said: "Madness are the band of the people, who inject fun into everything they do. They are superb live and always give fans an incredible night performing a range of their unique hits from over the decades.

"This show offers an opportunity to see one of the greatest bands in the world play in Falkirk."

Clean Bandit singer Jess Glynne will also play Falkirk Stadium on August 5.
