Police in Inverness are appealing for information after the discovery of a man with 'unexplained injuries' in the early hours of Saturday morning.

The 27-year-old man was found at around 1am on Saturday April 23 on Morvish Way, in the Hilton area of Inverness.

He was then taken to Raigmore Hospital where he was treated for injuries to his leg and face before being discharged.

Officers have called for anyone with information that may help their inquiries to contact either Police Scotland on the non-emergency number 101 or Crimestoppers on 0800 555 111.
