Twelve-year-old reported over 'vandalism and anti-social behaviour'

A 12-year-old boy has been reported to Police Scotland over 23 alleged instances of vandalism and anti-social behaviour.
The child was referred to the force's youth justice unit following reports of incidents in Keith, Aberdeenshire, between August and November.
An investigation was launched by Police Scotland following what officers described as "numerous complaint"s.
Sergeant Teresa Clark said: "Following concerns raised by the Keith community in particular, a dedicated team was tasked with investigating numerous complaints of vandalism and anti-social behaviour in the area.
"Vandalism may appear to be a lower-level crime but it affects the quality of life for everyone living and working in our communities.
"Members of the public can be reassured that any we will investigate any incidents that are reported to us."
