Police investigating after the young men, in their 20s, were taken to Aberdeen Royal Infirmary.
Five men were rushed to hospital after taking an unknown drug at a house party.
A number of ambulances were called to the house in Aberdeen in the early hours of Monday after the men, in their 20s, took ill.
The five men were taken from the Westhill area of the city to Aberdeen Royal Infirmary as a precaution. Police have now launched an investigation into the incident in Westhill Crescent.
Area commander chief inspector, Richard Craig, said: "We are making enquiries to establish the full circumstances of what happened after five men took unwell having consumed an unknown substance.
"There is nothing to suggest there is a wider threat to the public."
A Scottish Ambulance Service spokesman said: "We received an emergency call at 3.45am yesterday to an address in the Westhill area after reports that individuals had taken unwell.
"Five male casualties were all taken to Aberdeen Royal Infirmary in a stable condition."
