Boy, 15, charged over 'threatening behaviour at school'

A 15-year-old boy has been charged over allegations of threatening behaviour at a secondary school.
He has also been reported to the children's reporter over the alleged incident in the Fochabers area of Moray.
The charge centres on claims of "threatening and abusive behaviour", police said.
A spokeswoman for Police Scotland said: "A 15-year-old boy has been charged regards the use of threatening and abusive behaviour in the Fochabers area.
"A report has been submitted jointly to the procurator fiscal and children's reporter detailing the circumstances."
