Teenager charged after bomb squad called to break-in attempt
The 15-year-old is expected to appear at Aberdeen Sheriff Court on Wednesday.
A 15-year-old boy has been charged after the bomb squad were called to an attempted break-in.
Firefighters and paramedics were also called to the scene at a commercial unit in Springhill Road, Aberdeen around 9.15pm on Monday.
Police said an explosives ordnance disposal (EOD) team were brought in when a suspicious package was found in the building, but was later stood down.
The teenager is expected to appear at Aberdeen Sheriff Court on Wednesday in connection with the incident.
