Three further teenagers have been charged over vandalism which caused more than £20,000 of damage at a primary school.

Markethill Primary School in Turriff was forced to close on Monday and Tuesday due to the damage.

A stained glass window at the school was smashed, while units and computers were damaged.

Earlier, an 18-year-old man and a 14-year-old girl were reported over the incident.

On Friday, police said two 17-year-old boys and a 13-year-old boy were charged. A report will be sent to the procurator fiscal.
