Armed robbery at newsagent for second time in two weeks
Adie's Self Service in Aberdeen was targeted for the second time this month.
An Aberdeen newsagent has been targeted by an armed robbery for the second time in two weeks.
On Friday evening, a man stole cash from Adie's Self Service after pointing a weapon at staff members in the Bedford Road shop.
It comes after a similar robbery at the store on January 13.
During that incident, a man made off with more than £100 and cigarettes after a shop worker was threatened with a knife.
The thief was described as a white man in his early 20s, wearing casual clothing and a blue top.
CCTV images were released of the suspect last week. Anyone with information has been urged to contact the police.
No one was hurt in either incident.
