Schoolgirl, eight, injured in crash between bus and car

An eight-year-old girl has been taken to hospital after a crash involving a bus and a car.
The collision happened shortly before 7.30am on Byron Avenue, Aberdeen, on Wednesday.
A Stagecoach bus and a blue Peugeot were involved in the crash.
The extent of the girl's injuries are not yet known.
A Scottish Ambulance Service spokesperson said: "We received a call at 7.25am to attend a road traffic collision on Byron Avenue in Aberdeen.
"We dispatched one ambulance to the scene. One female patient aged eight was taken to the Aberdeen Royal Infirmary."
