The incident happened just after 8.35am on Macalpine Road in Dundee on Wednesday.
A 16-year-old pedestrian was involved in the crash near St Andrew's Primary.
She is not believed to be seriously injured.
A section of the road was blocked while emergency services dealt with the incident.
A Police Scotland spokeswoman said: "There was some disruption in the area."
