A man exposed himself to two woman while wearing formal wear and a bowtie.

The man approached the 18-year-olds at 4.30pm on Wednesday in Aberdalgie, near Perth.

He made a lewd comment towards the pair before exposing himself, police say.

The man, who was around 30, had dark skin and was of Asian appearance.

He was around 5ft 9in, with short dark hair and stubble.

He was wearing a bowtie, a baggy white shirt and dark dress trousers, police said.

Anyone with any information has been asked to contact officers.
