Man accused of murdering woman also charged with rape

A man accused of murdering a woman at a flat in Aberdeen has also been charged with rape.
Chloe Miazek was found dead at the property on Rosemount Viaduct on November 3.
Mark Bruce, 32, has been charged with killing the 20-year-old and trying to defeat the ends of justice.
At a hearing at Aberdeen Sheriff Court on Thursday he was additionally charged with rape.
Bruce has so far made no plea and will go on trial at a later date.
Following her death, the family of Ms Miazek, who lived in Kemnay, near Inverurie in Aberdeenshire, said they had been left "absolutely devastated".
"She was in the prime of her life and had so much to look forward to and it is difficult for us to comprehend that she is not here with us today," they said.
Police have urged the public not to donate to an online fundraising page set up in Ms Miazek's name, which they say has no connection to her family.
