Margaret Lowdon died after the collision on Main Street in Bridgend, Perth.
The 75-year-old, from Bridgend, was pronounced dead at the scene at 11.50am on Saturday.
Officers closed the road for several hours while investigations were carried out.
A Police Scotland spokesman said: "A report will be submitted to the procurator fiscal in due course.
"Enquiries are continuing and anyone who may have witnessed the collision is asked to contact Police Scotland on 101."
