One charged after man 'found unconscious' at hotel wedding

One person has been charged after another man was allegedly knocked unconscious at a hotel wedding.
The incident is said to have happened at the Marriott in Dyce, Aberdeen, at 10.50pm on Saturday.
STV News understands a 48-year-old man was found unconscious having suffered a serious head injury.
A 27-year-old man is due to appear at Aberdeen Sheriff Court on Tuesday in connection with the incident.
A police spokesman said: "Police Scotland can confirm the 27-year-old man who was arrested in relation to an alleged assault on a 48-year-old man at the Marriott Hotel in Dyce on Saturday has been charged."
A Scottish Ambulance Service spokesman added: "We received a call at 10.38pm on Saturday to attend at incident in Dyce.
"We dispatched one ambulance and a paramedic response unit to the scene.
"We transported one male patient to Aberdeen Royal Infirmary."
