A90 closed in both directions after lorry fire and motorbike smash
The road was closed at Balmedie following a smash between a motorbike and a car and a lorry fire.
The A90 was closed at Balmedie after three crashes caused serious delays for Aberdeenshire commuters.
The A90 was left partially blocked southbound near the turnoff to Hatton from around 3.20pm on Tuesday after a smash between a motorbike and a car.
The motorcyclist was described as "walking wounded".
A second crash on the A90 at around 4.20pm added to traffic problems on the busy road.
A car landed on its roof at the Mains of Longhaven turn-off. No one is believed to have been injured.
The road was shut in both directions at around 4.30pm after a lorry caught fire near the Trump International Golf Links at Balmedie.
The A90 reopened in both directions at 5.30pm.
