A Scottish photographer who suffered a heart attack ahead of Andy Murray's wedding rehearsal on Friday has died in hospital.
Gordon Jack was taken to hospital after emergency services were called to Dunblane Cathedral where the tennis ace was married on Saturday.
The 43-year-old father took ill while photographing Mr Murray on his arrival at the cathedral.
The 27-year-old saw Mr Jack keel over and went to check if he was okay before being ushered away by security guards.
First Minister Nicola Sturgeon said she was devastated to hear of the well-known photographer's death, adding: "A lovely man and a great photographer. My thoughts are with his family and colleagues."
The National Union of Journalists Scotland tweeted: "Our condolences to the wife and children of Gordon Jack who has died after a fall at Dunblane Cathedral covering Andy Murray's wedding."
The Scottish Ambulance Service and a Scottish Fire and Rescue Service crew from Dunblane attended the incident around 4.38pm.
A spokesman for the ambulance service said: "I can confirm that we received a call to the cathedral and have taken a patient to hospital."
Mr Jack was taken to Forth Valley Royal Hospital in Larbert where he is understood to have been placed in a medically induced coma though he passed away on Saturday.
