Man 'tried to climb in through sunroof of moving car while naked'
Devyn Bell is accused of breaching the peace on the A914 in north-east Fife.

A man who allegedly climbed in through the roof of a moving car while naked is to stand trial for breach of the peace.
Devyn Bell is accused of committing the offence on the A914 Forgan to Guardbridge Road in north-east Fife on May 5 this year.
The charge states that he “presented himself through the sunroof and passenger door of a moving car while partially clothed and naked”.
The 20-year-old, of Beechwood Road, Arbroath, has denied breaching the peace and will stand trial at Cupar Sheriff Court in the New Year.
Fiscal depute Joanne Smith said three civilian witnesses and one police officer would be called.
Sheriff William Wood set a trial date for January.
