Three people were injured in an overnight disturbance in Glasgow city centre.

Police and the ambulance service were called to an address in Lancefield Quay at around 4.15am on Sunday morning.

Three suffered 'minor injuries' according to police. They were taken to Queen Elizabeth University Hospital but released shortly after.

One man was arrested on suspicion of possessing an offensive weapon.

Police cordoned off part of the road on Sunday morning, with officers in attendance.
