Deaths of women 'not caused by carbon monoxide poisoning'
Two sisters-in-law were found dead at Dalserf Court in Glasgow on Sunday.
The deaths of two women at a block of flats in Glasgow were not caused by a carbon monoxide leak, it is believed.
Sisters-in law Mary Archibald, 51, and Sharon Dodd or Archibald, 46, were found dead at Dalserf Court in the East End on Sunday.
Carbon monoxide poisoning was investigated as a possible cause for the deaths, and residents were evacuated from their homes as checks were carried out.
However, on Monday Police Scotland said the boiler in the flat was found to be in working order with no faults. There were no other gas appliances in the flat.
Relatives have been made aware and a post-mortem examination will take place to establish the causes of death.
The deaths are being treated as unexplained but are not thought to be suspicious.
