A man has been arrested in connection with alleged offensive behaviour at last month's Celtic v Rangers match.

STV News understands the arrest of the 23-year-old is in relation to a banner displayed at the match.

Police Scotland confirmed he had been detained in police custody.

He is expected to appear at Glasgow Sheriff Court on Wednesday.

Recently, three men were arrested in relation to blow-up dolls which were hung from the stands during the September 10 match at Celtic Park.

CCTV images of men officers would like to speak to in relation to a variety of alleged crimes at the match have also been released.
