More than £1000 stolen as safe taken from Glasgow pub

More than £1000 has been stolen after thieves made off with a safe during a break-in at a pub in Glasgow.
The Bungo, on Nithsdale Road, was targeted around 6.30am on Monday.
Staff there believe the safe was taken into a car at the back lane behind the pub.
Officers have asked anyone with information to come forward.
A Police Scotland spokesman said: "Police received a report of a robbery at a bar and restaurant on Nithsdale Road which is believed to have occurred around 6.30am on Monday in which a four-figure sum of money was taken.
"Enquiries are ongoing and anyone with information has been asked to contact Govan police office on 101."
