Two people have been injured after a 4x4 careered off a main road before smashing through a wall in a smash with a bus.

The two-vehicle crash, involving a Mitsubishi and bus, happened on Monday morning in Crookston, in the south side of Glasgow.

Emergency services were called to the scene of the collision at around 11.40am on Leverndale Road at its junction with Crookston Road.

Police said two people were hurt in the crash but the injuries were minor.

A spokeswoman for Police Scotland said: "Around 11.40am on Monday, police were called to a report of a road crash involving a bus and a jeep. Emergency services are in attendance."
