CCTV of a man has been released after a "high value" raid at a pro-independence pub in Glasgow city centre.

Detectives probing the break-in at Yes Bar on October 31 last year issued the images as part of the ongoing investigation.

The man is described as aged between 40 and 50, 5ft 10in and of medium build. He was wearing a parka style jacket and woollen hat.

A statement from Police Scotland said: "Around 5.40am on Monday, October 31, a high value housebreaking occurred within the licensed premises of Yes Bar, Drury Street, Glasgow.

"Officers believe that the man shown in the images may be able to assist them with their investigation.

"Anyone with any information about the incident or who recognises the man in the images is asked to contact

"Detective Constable Vicky Martin, Cathcart Police Office on 101. Alternatively, please call Crimestoppers on 0800 555 111 where information can be given anonymously."
