Boy, 13, suffers stab wound in assault at high school

An assault on a 13-year-old boy at a high school in Glasgow is being investigated by police.
The child suffered a minor stab wound in the attack at Jordanhill School on Tuesday afternoon.
A classroom item is believed to have been used.
The boy was taken to Glasgow Royal Infirmary to be treated for his injury, which was not serious.
A Police Scotland spokesman said: "At around 1.45pm on Tuesday a 13-year-old boy was assaulted within a high school in the west end of Glasgow.
"He was taken to Glasgow Royal Infirmary treated for minor injury. He has since been released."
