Man chased down and slashed in knife attack on street
The 40-year-old suffered serious injuries in the assault in Greenock, Inverclyde.
A man has been slashed in a knife attack on a street.
The assault happened on Arthur Street in Greenock, Inverclyde, at 8.20pm on Sunday.
The 40-year-old managed to escape the attacker before being pursued and slashed again on John Street.
He suffered serious arm and facial injuries.
The attacker is 5ft 10in and was wearing dark clothes.
