A man has been reported to prosecutors after a bus crashed into a tanning salon.

The McGill's bus smashed into Sun Shack in Townhead, Kirkintilloch, East Dunbartonshire around 7.40am on Friday.

The driver was taken to Glasgow Royal Infirmary for treatment.

Police said another man, aged 61, has now been reported to the procurator fiscal in connection with alleged road traffic offences.
