The UK's biggest Lego fan event will be returning to Glasgow this summer with what it is calling its biggest and best show to date.

BrickLive is returning to the SEC in July following the success of its Glasgow debut last year.

Running from Thursday, July 19 until Sunday, July 22, BrickLive Glasgow will play host to an array of Lego exhibits, that they say is "guaranteed to entertain the whole family".

This year's event will be showcasing the hugely popular Brick Built Safari which features over 80 life-like Lego animals displayed within a realistic jungle scene.

The Lego Safari, which is coming to Glasgow for the first time, has been built by professional Lego builders, Bright Bricks.

The event will also include the Warrior Bots exhibition where visitors can take part in battles between remote control brick built warriors.

The most popular themes from the wider Lego Universe such as Star Wars, Minecraft and Creator will also be making a return.

Billed as the "perfect day out for kids of all ages" BrickLive is a chance for the whole family to get creative.

Younger fans can also enjoy the giant Duplo Brick play zone and Big Bricks Soft Play areas.
