A CCTV appeal has been launched after a man was assaulted and robbed near a McDonald's restaurant in Glasgow.

Police are releasing images of a trio they believe may be able to assist their investigation into the incident.

At around 12.30am on Sunday, April 8 this year, a man was attacked by three men near the McDonald's outlet on Crow Road, Partick.

One of the men is described as being in his early 20s and of medium build with black hair and wearing black coloured clothing.

The second man is in his early 20s and of slim build and was wearing a white coloured jacket and blue jeans.

The third man is also in his early 20s and was wearing a blue denim jacket with a sheepskin collar, black trousers and blue jeans.

Anyone with information on this incident, or who recognises any of these men, is asked to contact officers at the Community Investigation Unit though 101 quoting incident number 0141 of April 8.
