Three teenage girls who went missing on Monday have been found.

Aimee Allan, 13, Cerys Baird, 14, and 13-year-old Courtney Semple were last seen around 9.15pm at their home in central Stirling.

A search was launched for the girls and on Wednesday police announced they had been found safe and well.

A spokesman said: "We are pleased to confirm that three missing teenagers were all traced safe and well in Glasgow last night.

"Thanks to the public for their assistance with this appeal."
