Three men arrested in police raid over 'gun' reports
Specialist officers were called to the Maryhill area of Glasgow on Monday morning.
Three men have been arrested after armed police raided a Glasgow flat following reports a gun was spotted.
The specialist officers were called to Glenavon Road, Maryhill, on Monday around 8.30am.
It came following a report that a firearm was seen in the street.
A search was carried out within a property in the block of flats and three men have been arrested in connection with the incident.
A Police Scotland spokeswoman confirmed no shots were fired and no one has been injured.
She said: "At around 8.30am, police received a report of a firearm being seen in Glenavon Road.
"Three men have been arrested. Enquiries are ongoing."
