A suspect allegedly murdered a man by striking him on the head with a knife at an area of waste ground.

Robert Dunn is accused of acting with another to allegedly kill Darren Sinclair in Drumchapel, Glasgow.

The 20-year-old has been charged with punching him and striking him on the head with a knife on waste ground near Invercanny Place.

He allegedly struck the 27-year-old on the body with a knife and murdered him.

Mr Sinclair's body was found at 7.45am on Tuesday, November 6.

Dunn made no plea and was remanded in custody.

He will appear again next week at a full committal hearing.
