Emergency services were called to Holmlea Road, Cathcart, at 8am on Wednesday.
Officers have shut the road between Old Castle Road and Brisbane Street while investigations are carried out.
A Police Scotland spokeswoman said: "We were called at 8am on Wednesday after a man was injured when he fell from a block of flats on Holmlea Road in Glasgow.
"Emergency services are currently in attendance."
