The body of a man who went missing in Glasgow has been found in the city's Bellahouston Park.

John Scott was last seen leaving Glasgow Royal Infirmary at 12.30pm on Tuesday, November 20.

Mr Scott had recently moved to Denny near Falkirk having previously lived in Glenboig, North Lanarkshire.

Police launched a search to trace the 37-year-old, however he was found dead at 2.30pm on Wednesday.

There are no suspicious circumstances surrounding his death and a report will be submitted to the procurator fiscal.
