Lee Wallace left out of Rangers' Europa League squad
Steven Gerrard has named his group for the first qualifying round tie against Shkupi.
Lee Wallace has been left out of Rangers' squad for the Europa League qualifying tie against Shkupi.
Steven Gerrard submitted the list of players for the first qualifying round on Friday and Wallace is one of several first team squad members to have been omitted.
Pedro Caixinha signings Fabio Cardoso and Eduardo Herrera have also been left out of the group, as has Harry Forrester.
Wallace has not played for Rangers this year after suffering injury problems and is currently disputing a club fine after a bust-up with former manager Graeme Murty. He has been replaced as club captain by James Tavernier.
Gerrard's squad list includes seven of the players brought in this summer, with Umar Sadiq and Lassana Coulibaly expected to be added before Wednesday night's deadline.
Hibernian have also submitted their squad, with no surprises in Neil Lennon's selection for their tie against NSI. Summer signings Adam Bogdan, Stevie Mallan and Florian Kamberi have all been included.
Celtic submitted their Champions League squad last week with Dorus de Vries the only notable omission.
