Full-back Emilio Izaguirre rejoins Celtic on one-year deal
Izaguirre spent seven seasons in Glasgow before moving to Al-Fayha last summer.
Emilio Izaguirre has rejoined Celtic, the club have confirmed.
The Honduras international has signed a one-year deal and will provide cover for left-back Kieran Tierney.
Izaguirre moved to Al-Fayha last year, bringing an end to his seven-season stay in Glasgow.
He signed a two-year deal with the Saudi Arabian side but agreed to terminate his contract earlier this summer.
The 32-year-old rejoins the Scottish champions having won ten major honours in his first stint at Celtic Park and Izaguirre said he was delighted to return 'home'.
He said: "I am happy to be back home. I was seven years at Celtic, I have only love in my heart for Celtic.
"It was difficult because I wanted to play more football.
"But, I've learned this past year that I never really wanted to leave.
"It is a blessing for me to sign again with Celtic.
"I want to thank Celtic, the gaffer Brendan, Peter Lawwell and all the staff for giving me another opportunity.
"I'm very happy to be back home."
Neil Lennon signed Izaguirre for Celtic in 2010 and the left-back went on to make 252 appearances for the Hoops.
When the Honduran left the club last year he posted a heartfelt message on his Instagram account thanking his former boss "for trusting me and for giving me this fantastic opportunity".
He added: "I never thought that one day I had to say goodbye to a club that I love so much and that gave me everything in football - all my dreams came true in my professional career as a football player."
