Rangers' Ryan Kent and Kyle Lafferty to miss Spartak match
The Light Blues attackers have suffered injuries which rule them out of action.
Rangers attackers Ryan Kent and Kyle Lafferty have been ruled out of the Light Blues' match with Spartak Moscow through injury.
Manager Steven Gerrard confirmed winger Kent has suffered a hamstring injury which rules him out until after the international break.
Northern Irish striker Lafferty, meanwhile, hasn't made the trip to Russia after pulling up short with a thigh injury.
Defender Borna Barisic is still sidelined with the injury he suffered on international duty with Croatia.
Rangers face Spartak Moscow on Thursday as they look to hold onto top spot in their Europa League group.
Speaking ahead of the match, Gerrard said: "Against St Mirren, Ryan Kent has come off with a hamstring issue which we are looking into at the moment.
"Ryan won't be available for us over here in Moscow and at Motherwell either.
"Obviously it's an opportunity for someone else, certainly over the next couple of games, to come in and express themselves.
"But there's no getting away from it that it's a big disappointment for myself and the team because Ryan has been in fantastic form and is a real threat for us.
"But I'm sure other people are chomping at the bit for an opportunity.
"Kyle has still got an issue in his quad muscle, so unfortunately he hasn't made it here."
