Peter Pawlett faces disciplinary action from Aberdeen over dive
Craig Brown says he will take action against the winger for his booking for simulation.
Peter Pawlett will be disciplined by Aberdeen if manager Craig Brown is satisfied the player dived in the 0-0 draw with Hibernian.
The winger, making his first appearance for the Dons since returning from a loan deal at St Johnstone, was booked by referee Craig Thomson after going down with Tom Taiwo in close attention.
Brown said of the incident: "If he did [dive], I'll be having a word with him, because that's not acceptable. He's not that kind of guy, he's honest and he's brave, but if he did dive then he'll be severely reprimanded.
"He was very effective. He's a dangerous player, especially when there're wide open spaces.
"The next two games are on big pitches, away from home, so he could be an asset in them because he can use space behind a defender very well."
