Kilmarnock complete signing of Carlisle midfielder Gary Dicker
The 29-year-old Irish midfielder has joined the Rugby Park club on transfer deadline day.
Kilmarnock have secured the signing of Carlisle United midfielder Gary Dicker on an 18-month deal.
The 29-year-old midfielder joins the Rugby Park side in the wake of Gary Locke's resignation as manager on Saturday night, following the Premiership loss to Hamilton Accies.
Dicker has played for Stockport County, Rochdale and Crawley Town, but it was at Brighton and Hove Albion that he enjoyed the most success.
On the south coast he made 129 appearances in four years, helping the Seagulls secure promotion to the English Championship.
The midfielder has been at Carlisle United since 2014 and started against Everton in the club's FA Cup clash at the weekend.
However, Dicker was transfer listed at Brunton Park and after holding talks with the Ayrshire side, he has joined Killie.
MK Dons and Northern Ireland defender Lee Hodson has joined on loan until the end of the season.
