The attacker spoke to the media after agreeing terms at Murray Park.
Michael O'Halloran admits it has been a stressful few weeks but is delighted to have finalised his move to Rangers.
The 25-year-old put pen to paper, moving from St Johnstone after weeks of speculation and two failed bids from the Ibrox club.
He has agreed a deal which will see him play for Mark Warburton's side until summer 2020.
O'Halloran, who sat out of St Johnstone's goalless draw with Hamilton Accies a fortnight ago, says he was always confident the move would go through.
"I'm delighted," he said. "It's obviously been a stressful few weeks but I'm buzzing it's finally got across the line and I've signed. I'm looking forward to it now.
"He pulled me out of the Hamilton game and I thought it was going to go through that weekend but then I found myself there for the next two games, which as a footballer you have to be ready for.
"It was hard trying to balance the speculation that it might go through and playing, but you have to deal with that as a footballer and I think I coped pretty well."
